They destroyed mine and my children's medical records. Oregon law requires records to be kept for 7 years after last treatment. They also sent sensitive medical information via a none HIPAA compliant email. They are now harassing me online as well as via text message to remove my Google reviews. The Dr and has wife have been incredibly rude to me about all of this. I've been seeing Dr LoGiudice for 13 years. I never would have expected him to treat me so awful!
