I contacted Dean around 10 o’clock in the morning after discovering my basement full of water. He was there within three hours or so. He explained to me what had to be done and was there the next morning with his crew. The insurance company immediately approved the claim based on Dean‘s estimate.They were all very professional and knowledgeable and took care of everything. Disaster Services was incredibly responsive to our urgent need of cleanup for a significant sewer backup in our house. The owner made every effort to ensure we were able to safely remain in our house during remediation. They did a great job removing contamination and with cleaning and disinfecting once the basement was empty. We highly recommend!

Hot water tank flooded the basement family room on a Friday night, Dean and his team were on site first thing Saturday morning to remove water, tear out carpet, and start drying the floor and walls. They were prompt, empathetic, and very respectful of our home and our property. I hope I never need their emergency services again, but won’t think twice about calling if I do! Thanks. Paul Bishop
