The only good thing that I can say is that the "estimator" showed up on time. I had to get an estimate on water damage from my roof leaking into the garage, and wind damage to the shingles. This guy didn't even bring a ladder with him to get on the roof to inspect the damage!!! Actually walked across the street and used binoculars to see where the shingles were missing. Really? Very impressed with Liberty Restoration. I had to call these guys when another company I was using flaked on me. My toilet overflowed and it was a mess. The first company didn't clean real good and my house stunk. Liberty Restoration worked with my insurance and did the job quick and good. Liberty not got my house dry - they fixed the damage caused by the first bunch of bozos I called. Bottom Line - do it right first time - CALL Liberty
I had a water line break - they came and cleaned up the mess. The guys told me what they were going to do along the way and when my husband had questions - they explained it all. GREAT WORK.
I had a flood in my home that started in the bathroom and went down into the family room. I called Liberty, and had a technician at my house within two hours. They checked everywhere for moisture, and then came up with a plan to get everything dry. The office staff were pleasant, and the technician was very knowledgeable. I will use Liberty in the future for any floods I have!!

We had a huge sewer back up, what a stinky mess!!! These guys came in and cleaned it up and rebuilt everything. The basement looks better now than before, they did a great job! Thanks guys!
Disaster One has been a great source for water leaks at my communities. I am a Community Manager for CEPCO and have utilized Disaster One for water leaks at my communities. They are responsive and professional. I have also worked with Britt Butcher for about two years. The cleanup work was excellent but the restoration work was not acceptable, I would look for my own contractor if I had it to do over.
I met Britt Butcher through the Wilmington Biz Expo and used her for a water issue at one of our tenants spaces. She kept me informed the ENTIRE time and even gave us a written recommendation of how to work with the neighboring tenant. The technician was professional and thorough. They had the situation taken care of within a day. I even called her for a personal Mold Remediation issue at my rental residence. I would HIGHLY recommend Disaster One to anyone who asks. Britt Butcher is awesome!!!
