I hired them for my disability case back in 2016. At which time, I never got any paperwork. I didn't get a copy of the application... they filled it out for me. Now 5 years later... I'm handling my case myself and finally got SSA to give me my file as my attorney wouldn't give it... only to find they gave complete false information on behalf. They were completely useless and would have been better off handling my case on my own. They had my husbands ssn incorrect, they had my kids name incorrect.... I never knew... read more
Not the best firm to go with. I didn't meet my lawyer until 5 minutes before my hearing. My lawyer didn't stick up for me. After it was over my lawyer told me it sounded like it went well and I have alot in my favor. Needless to say that was b.s. I just got my denied papers. Do yourself a favor and get a real lawyer..
This company is not a good company to deal with. They do not care about their clients. They did absolutely nothing concerning my case and was paid $1,885. I called and ask the company to send me a letter stating everything they did concerning my case but they refused. It's a shame, Disability Justice can take your money but cant send you an itemized list of what actions they took.
