Smurph is an awesome dude who does great work.
My bike had been at another shop getting custom work, but that shop kept my bike for three years. I told Smurf about my bad experiences with other shops and had my bike ready in a timely manner, and he provided updates. Dirty Wizard Cycleworx is the best locally for custom work on baggers.
