Very prompt in emergency situations like clogged drainings, fast at a reasonable cost. Plus, Mark offers 30 days warranty for his work. Update: Never sent the receipt or replied to a simple question that only the plumber that tried to fix my issue would have known.
I am greatly appreciative of Dirty South Sewer & Drain for installing a water filtration/purifying system in a timely manner. Mark was professional and punctual. He contacted us a couple of days later to ensure it was still running properly and to our satisfaction. Will definitely use this business again and highly recommend them for any future needs.
Mark showed up quickly, fixed major clog, he said he'd be there in 20 minutes he was there in 20 minutes. I didn't get the usual response from other plumbers I'll be there between 6 and 10pm. Thanks Mark.
