Experienced CF-L1 trainers that provide one on one and group instruction on olympic weightlifting, strength and conditioning, and overall functional fitness. My husband and I were in town for a couple days and wanted to try a local CrossFit gym. After stopping by and talking to Maggie we decided to give it a try. I’ve been to a couple CrossFit places be for and the experience here was one of the best I’ve ever had. Maggie explained all the exercises and kept our form on point. Awesome gym. Really great coaches. They work hard to make sure everyone knows exactly what they’re doing and has the mechanics correct before adding weight to heavy workouts. Crossfit can be intimidating for newer people like me but the coaches here made it easy and demonstrate each movement.

Great Crossfit program and you can bring the kiddos along which is a plus for me as a mom of three! They will help you reach your goals no matter if you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, a great atmosphere with great coaches.
