I was charged $40 to self wash my dog, plus a surprise table fee I never agreed to. I brought my own clippers and asked not to use the table. They charged me for it anyway. When I asked why they didn’t warn me about the fee, they admitted they should have. They still charged me the full amount. After searching all over town for a self service dog wash at a major company that falsely advertised, the service at this place was like a breath of fresh air. The ladies were kind courteous and extremely helpfull. Not to mention the pricing was reasonable. I would definetly recommended it to anybody comming to Austin and that's in the vacinity.
