We enjoyed a late dinner at Dirty Dick's Crab House, Nags Head. My husband is a seafood lover who enjoyed the seafood platter. I don't eat seafood and Casey suggested the Dixie chicken which did not disappoint. There was no key lime pie but we loved the "Award Winning" White Chocolate Bread Pudding with whiskey sauce and whiskey ice cream for two! We took home enough leftovers for lunch tomorrow. So glad we visited DDX OBX - all the way from Ontario Canada!

Great atmosphere and Jason was a great bar tender/server. The fried scallops and fried shrimp, fries and slaw was very good. Served hot and fresh

We had the BEST time and the food was amazing!!! Can't wait to go back.....see you this summer!!!
This place is the best place to eat on the outer banks, staff is very friendly and shout out to rob the manager, he really makes you feel right at home, I work at a hotel in the area and I have and will continue to send guests your way!
After leaving a one star review of the place, I had a chance to talk to the manager of DDX, Rob; He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my concerns heard. Gave DDX a second chance. Food was delicious, service was up to par and salad bar was awesome. Will be back
I thought I was ordering what was on the sign out front but you have to order something totally different in order to get what's on the sign. Food was okay. Next time down to Myrtle Beach and the Giant Crab to get some real seafood.
Waited 45 minutes for an order of snow crab legs. Everyone around us who ordered seafood after us, got their order. Had to cancel the order. Waiter claimed they got slammed quick.. that's odd. I didn't see any reason to be rushed
Awesome as always we love the Crabby Mary's and gator bites
