Waited for more than an hour then received cold food. Manager gave a 25% discount, but I don’t feel it was enough for a meal that wasn’t even eaten. Definitely would not recommend, get your seafood elsewhere!
Food took over an hour, was lukewarm to cold and handled poorly by manager. He apologized several times and posed as sympathetic by first offering to heat food. We said no thank you as the Luke warm, mushy food was really unsettling. Then he said he’d find out what happened and would return. He came back and said he verified we had waited over an hr and was very sorry. I can't help but notice that EVERY one at the table went on Facebook to post a bad review from this table for a total of 6 bad reviews...
If I could have given a negative star it would have been a -1000. After waiting for an hour for food with the place emptying out around us, the food finally shows up either Luke warm to cold. The manager was non sympathetic and kept saying what a great discount he was going to give us. He even pulled our ticket to make sure we weren’t exaggerating our wait �� He gave us a lousy 10% discount for all the inedible food. Almost none of the food was uneaten. Plus the water and sodas were funny tasting. �����
Cold food and poor service. Menu was on the expensive side. Water and soda tasted terrible. Manager thought a 25% discount was fine for un-eaten meals. Won’t go there again.
Horrible service and the place was almost empty. Food was cold after and hour wait. Manager was not helpful. Understood after the fact no NC plates in the parking lot.
The shrimp and grits were absolutely amazing, and Chantel defined excellence in service!
