I have had two units for over two years at Dirty Dawg Storage. The best customer service I have had at a storage. I have used another in the Owasso area - ONLY because Dirty Dawg Storage was full. As soon as they had a available unit - I moved All my household items to Dirty Dawg. I will not mention the other storage unit. Also - I have lived in Owasso for 33 years. Absolutely the most horribly ran business I know! – If I could, I wouldn't even give this 1 star. We only had our 2 units for 2 1/2 weeks at the beginning of July and end of June. We moved everything out on July 15th and we were still billed for August and the rest of July. It is now November and we are still requesting our refund for August ($150). He said that he could give us 2 free carwashes. No thanks. Then he finally said he would pay us for 1/2 of Aug. Still haven't seen the $75. I called again to ask about it and he ... read more
