I had dirt finders out to my place to have a deep clean and to clean my carpets and I couldn’t ask for better. The two girls that came out was friendly and went above what I ever expected. The carpet man that also came out was very well trained and cleaned my carpets spotless. The young lady that came out to give me an estimate took her time explaining everything to me and answered all the questions I had. I was very impressed by each of them. The team at Dirt Finders have taken care of my offices for over a year now, and they do an amazing job for us. They are always on time and punctual when they are scheduled to clean and this is very helpful facilitating our schedule around theirs. They are also very easy to communicate with and offer flexibility in the midst that something comes up unexpected and we need to change our schedule around. Your office staff communicated with me through the entire process very well getting the cleaning started. Dirt Finders has been cleaning our home for the last several years and have always done an excellent job. Every two weeks, we come home after work to mopped/vacuumed floors, dusted furniture and clean bathrooms. Before Dirt Finders, we didn't know what we were missing....now we know what we can count on twice a month.....a clean home! It makes the Mrs. very happy, and that makes me happy too. I don't consider myself overly picky, but if I am paying for a service, I DO expect to get what I am promised and what I am paying for. During the estimate, they will be super nice and tell you what you want to hear. Once you sign up, the niceties go away! Furthermore, when I called to express my concerns, rather than offering to have someone come back to address missed areas (as their website and literature promises) or even hear me out, they instead argued that I am "never going to be happy". Had them clean the carpets in our house. Did a fantastic job and were in and out fast. Recommend to anyone looking to get a cleaning service done!
