Just moved to the area and took rear bike tire to Dirt Bikes Unlimited after calling several other big name shops. No one had the tube I needed or was able to answer questions on the ones they offered. Dirt bike Bob was friendly, had what I needed and was very informative not only of his product but also about the local cycling community. They won a new customer.
I had a great experience with dirt bikes unlimited. There is nothing worse than a shop rushing through a repair, then you get it home to find out it still isn’t fixed. Dirt bikes unlimited kept it a little longer than expected for good reason. They went above and beyond to test and tune to make sure it was trail ready. Dirt Bike Bob is the most helpful person I’ve met when it comes to going to a bike shop. He has always helped me with general advice concerning products/ mods/ tips, even if that means he doesn’t make a sale. He would rather do the right thing for the community, rather than make a dollar

I HIGHLY recommend Dirt Bikes Unlimited!!! I have been a frequent customer at least once a month. The owner, Bob, is very polite and helpful with women. I’ve seen him assist other women, including myself, on the purchasing the correct items. He has also offered knowledge and tips regarding my concerns. I have seen Bob assist other women, families, and children where the end result has always been positive. I will only shop here due to the numerous positive experiences that I have had.
I do not recommend dirt bikes unlimited... the owner is unprofessional and is extremely childish. My husband worked for him for a little bit and then found a better job to support his family because working there didn't cut it. on that note the owner refused to give my husband his last pay check and held it for 3 weeks. He kept telling my husband to come up there and get his check and all 3 times he wouldn't give to him. he carried this childish behavior for awhile and that to me is very unprofessional... As for an owner he doesn't treat his employees good he don't give them the breaks they are supposed to have he withholds their check then when gives them a run around on getting their check my son waiting 3 weeks to get his last check as a owner of a business I know you can not refuse a pay check or not give breaks I will be turning him in to BBB
