WARNING !!!!! Do not hire Dirsmith and do not work for him as a subcontractor !!!!! I worked for Dirsmith as a subcontractor. I did great job - homeowner loved it . Dirsmith did not pay for my work. He did not respond to any calls , texts or e-mailes. He made a lot of troubles for homeowner because he did not pay subcontractors !!!

We hired Dirsmith to add a small deck and window to our home in August. It is April and no deck, no window. Do not hire this contractor.

Terrific in every way – We've used Dirsmith Construction for about ten years, including building a screen porch, totally remodelling our kitchen, putting in a new driveway, putting in hardwood floors, remodeling the basement into a usable office/workspace, and more.) Dirsmith Construction Co. – The major remodeling of our kitchen, eating area and utility room was completed by Dirsmith Construction. Tim Dirsmith's unique design included a tray ceiling with a sky light over a "floating" wall of cabinets that separated the three areas. The look is both dramatic and practical. After using another contractor for many years, we hired Dirsmith Construction to replace our front porch and walkway. It was a painstaking job, involving removal of concrete that took days. Frederico had the patience of a saint and the dexterity of a surgeon in the laying of the new tile. The project turned out beautifully. Next, we had them refinish our floors. Outstanding expert contractors, and nice guys as a bonus! – Tim remodelled our kitchen for us as our first project. He met with us, made a plan, went shopping with us for whatever we needed, shared his considerable design expertise and oversaw the project. Excellent work on multiple projects – I've worked with Tim and Dirsmith Constuction for over four years, and they've completed a large array of projects for me including: brick paving my driveway, replacing windows and sliding doors, painting, landscaping, repairing my wood deck, powerwashing my deck, installing outside lights, and other smaller jobs. Excellent, On-Time, On-Budget – Dirsmith Construction did various projects in my home earlier this year -- new insulation, basement remodeling, electric, installed several new windows, etc. The work was very good -- on time, on budget, with no wasted effort. I would trust these guys to work alone in my home -- come think of it, they did. They are considerate and very professional. Highly recommended.
