The work on my Jeep was done quickly and completely. The actual cost met the quoted costs, which was a pleasant surprise as compared to other places. He even met my crunched timeline for that week, knowing that I needed my vehicle for a very important event about an hour away. I will definitely return whenever my Jeep needs maintenance—routine or otherwise.
Got me in at a timely fashion, but after checking my car for a potential oil leak and service code, I was charged for labor time when nothing was done to fix the issue. Ended up having to take my car into another shop the very next day because the oil level was dangerously low. Not happy with the service at all.
One of the best experiences I have ever had with a mechanic. Fully explained the issue and then corrected it. I will be going back.
John is absolutely terrific. We've been going to him since he purchased the business from Mike who was are mechanic prior to John. He is so helpful and thorough. We certainly won't go anywhere else. And, he can be trusted with any issues you may have with your car.
