I had an "emergency" this morning. I dropped something down the drain in my bathroom. Greg came over and was so polite, very nice person. Cleared out my drain offered to wipe up the water that drained under the sink he then asked for paper towels so he could line the cabinet again. You don't usually get that extra service. Also, while I'm at it we had James come over yesterday for a plumbing issue and my son said he was very good as well. Good service all around. Thanks to both of them.
I worked with Brooke at DiRoberto—she’s excellent and professional to work with. She was very responsive when I reached out to find an apartment for my children as first-time renters. They move in this weekend! Thank you Brooke for your help with everything!
Dan was great to work with! Between applying and being approved for the unit, he made the whole leasing process super easy and stress-free. His quick and effective communication made everything a breeze! The girls I met with in the office while dropping things off were also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this team!
