So, my buddy and I went here for a wash and it didn't even start the job before it stopped and left the car half sudded up and didn't even try to finish the job, tried contacting customer service only to be told to text them, like we're supposed to graciously wait until they decide we're worth a reply, unbelievable, wasted 25 dollars.

My neighborhood automatic car wash. Does a decent job for a touchless drive-in. Prices and service levels are decent. The wash cycle uses a good amount of product and water with a good blow dry. Once in awhile the kiosks are not working but call the number and they usually fix it on the spot.

This place has gone way down hill over the years. The last two times I went, the touchless wash sprayed soap on my car and then didn't rinse it! It malfunctioned twice, so I'm sure I'm not the only one. Terrible customer service, no one answers the phone when you try to call for help. I'll never go again. The garage doors also no longer work and its in a bad area.

I repeatedly explained that I wanted a monthly membership, but I was charged for a single wash that I never used. When I called to request a refund, the representative repeatedly hung up and laughed instead of helping. In the attached clip, I clearly tell him that I am recording, and he continues the call. I also visited another location for assistance, but no one resolved the issue. The $23 is not the main problem the way I was treated is stay away from this place
