Don’t waste your time here. They are incompetent, cannot even wash a car. They’re mean too.
I don't recommend this place to anyone. I have the worst experience with this car wash and the staff is very rude. I've been a regular customer for the last year and a half, but on September 4, 2025, they turned it off without even saying anything. I called many times, but they blocked my number. I went to talk to them, the manager was always gone. They didn't want to give his number, they told me to come the next day. I said okay, I came back at least I'm 9 months pregnant. INCREDIBLE customer service. These days, helpful staff that truly want to serve is a myth. If the staff at Dirks in Shadyside didn’t restore my hope in customer service yesterday, they at least made me a Dirks-only customer from now on. Great work, great price.
