I bought a monthly pass on May 30th and tried to use it on June 2nd and it said my pass was expired. I called customer service and they refused to help me and hung up after 3 minutes. Also a few months ago my card was charged twice and I couldn’t get help from customer service. I wouldn’t recommend and if you do use their service exercise extreme caution and cancel the auto renew every month to avoid double charges. This company has really sketchy business practices and poor customer service.
Problem getting your car was logged in the code. The system don’t work too much time. Spent trying to have him check out your code.
