Purchased the 20$ wash and only get under carriage wash and one coat of cleaning and didn't get the full platinum wash it seem like it gave me the cheapest one , look like fraud very unsatisfied about that . , not going there again .

I left really disappointed with this car wash. For $20, you’d think the basics would be covered, but they couldn’t even get bird poop off the roof of my car. That’s not a small detail — it’s exactly the kind of thing you go to a car wash for. The wash itself felt rushed, and the end result wasn’t anywhere near worth the money I paid.
