After breaking my wrist badly and displacing the bone the ER referred me to Dr Profer. No problem getting the necessary appt. I liked him immediately as he was so personable as well as informative. Any follow up appointments were handled professionally and timely.
After being referred by the local emergency room, I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Proffer but was met with a voice mail that that said they were out of the office but would return my call by the end of the day. There was no return call. I was met with the same message the next day and so moved on to another doctor. One week later Dr Proffer's office returned my call. I had already had surgery and was on the mend by then.
