Joel, Tommy and Brianna are GREAT! Very friendly, courteous and informative. I've tried the bigger companies in the past and the customer service was lacking. I don't have that issue with Direct'em, they are prompt in responding to my questions and are very knowledgeable. I have referred them to friends and family in the past which have also had good experiences :) Keep up the good work guys!
