Doctors are great but Billing operates like a 7Eleven that doesn't want to get with the times. I get an email from ePayitOnline (an expired 2022 copyrighted site) hands off bill for pay to another site, Onpatient that then won't load bill. Then I call Direct Dermatology that offers Paypal links to pay a medical bill? Really? I feel like my identity and financial information is at risk when I try to pay a bill here.
Horrible customer service spent 45 minutes on hold. I’m a current patient and still the soonest they think they have out for me is over 31 days out. There, Merced location is only open once a week. Save your time. Save your insurance money do not go.
This Clinic looks very clean and organized, the front desk ladies are very helpful and polite. Dr. David Wong is very knowledgeable, patient, professional and effective , my husband and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wong’s practice.
