Very happy with Eddie & Nick who came and replaced my hot water tank today. They were very professional and walked me through what was happening as they did it. Since I was going up in size they recommended some adjustments to ensure I’d have no issues in the future. Thank you both for the very clean “OCD-Friendly” work and i’m happy I chose to work with you guys.

Eddie & Luke installed a new hot water tank this morning. I was expecting over two hours. It took him 1 hour and 20 minutes. Not at all pushy, but telling me things that I needed or should do. Very professional, clean and respectful. Will absolutely use them again. Thanks Eddie and Luke!!

We were immensely pleased with the service we received from DirectBuy Furnace. Dennis helped us find the best solution for a furnace to provide hot water and heat for our home at a reasonable price. Eddie and his apprentice installed my water heater. They both displayed professionalism and were very knowledgeable about the installation. “I asked lots of questions “.They explained to me every step of the way as they worked. Their team work was excellent. They were well prepared by putting down a drop sheet not leaving the area dirty. Kudos guys. As for the company, the price was a bit more than what the contracted company quoted. A+ to my installers.
