Very happy with Eddie & Nick who came and replaced my hot water tank today. They were very professional and walked me through what was happening as they did it. Since I was going up in size they recommended some adjustments to ensure I’d have no issues in the future. Thank you both for the very clean “OCD-Friendly” work and i’m happy I chose to work with you guys.
Had our hot water tank replaced. The two gentlemen that came to do the work were very professional, polite, detail-oriented and provided great communication during the whole process. Upon replacing the tank they alerted me to a safety issue as some duct work from the furnace and hot water tank was showing as disconnected. They fixed the issue so that no harmful exhaust such as carbon dioxide could flow into the house. We are so thankful they caught that issue and resolved it on the spot.
Eddie & Luke installed a new hot water tank this morning. I was expecting over two hours. It took him 1 hour and 20 minutes. Not at all pushy, but telling me things that I needed or should do. Very professional, clean and respectful. Will absolutely use them again. Thanks Eddie and Luke!!
I had an hot water tank installed on the 21st of May 2026, I was not home but my wife was there, i got a call from my wife saying the installer said we should have a expantion tank added to our new hot water tank, as our old system are prone to leaking they leak all the time(old tank been there 16 years never leaked) he said he could put it back the way it was but if it were to start leaking the week after he would have to come back and charge a $200 call out!!
