I didn’t like the Home Depot automated service, personally still believe in Human interaction and connections. I fill up free consultation form but they appear not in person and basically exchanging info either via text or e-mail providing photos and they figure what suits the circumstances. Fast, efficient, job well done
Prompt response to call in concern, able to assist over the phone. This was followed up with house call and a diagnosis of the problem with clear explanations and scheduling for appropriate repairs.
The employees of DirectBuy were polite, quiet, did the installation in a timely manner. They caused minimal disruption to our home office. They conducted themselves in a quiet professional manner, they explained how the unit worked and explained the paperwork to to my satisfaction.
