I could not locate a personal watercraft trailer locally so I went online. I found this boat dealer which showed high reviews on it's website (that's because they don't let actual customers post their own reviews). I ordered a trailer and all seemed very easy and upfront. I paid $1500 for a canoe. It took 2 months to arrive. It arrived damaged. I reported the damage immediately to Direct Boats. They told me to send photos, which I did. I followed up, they asked for more photos. I sent more. Crystal H from Directboats said they would ship me a new canoe. I received an email saying that the new canoe would be shipped out on March 25. I called Direct Boats today and I was told that Direct Boats will not ship us a new boat and I have to now deal with the trucking company. A month has gone by and ... read more
