I had some water leaking into my basement. Jack from Direct Waterproofing came over and gave me a great walkthrough of what the issue was and what his team could do. The crew, which consisted of Terry, John, Fero, Bob, and Alex, did a great job. They walked me through what they were doing, and helped me address some issues that I didn't even know I had. Highly recommend this team!
Definitely worth checking out for anyone looking to water proof, the job and service was done perfectly in a timely and professional manner. Jack and the team John, Ferro, Thomas are absolute professionals.
Jack was so reliable and did such a great job! We are immensely pleased with the prompt service and honesty. We had received a few other quotes but we went with jack because of his honesty and professionalism ! Will definitely be referring him and his team to our friends !

John, Fero, and their team did an excellent job waterproofing my basement. The project was completed in five days, and even after the recent heavy rainfall, there have been no signs of leaks. Their services were both effective and affordable. I highly recommend them
