We’ve been going to Direct Vets for many years and have always found the team to be professional, welcoming and incredibly understanding of our puppies’ little personalities and attitudes 😉😉 ( M & D) Although we definitely miss Dr Karen’s presence at the surgery, the rest of the team are just as amazing. The team have looked after my miniature dacshound for the past 8 years. Always great friendly and professional service.
I took my daughter Ava’s pet rabbit, Fluffles, to Direct Vet Services to have his teeth trimmed. The team were fantastic with him and took great care of him throughout the visit. It can be difficult finding a vet you feel comfortable taking a rabbit to, but Fluffles was handled with care and everything went smoothly. I was very happy with the service and the treatment he received. Thank you for taking such good care of Fluffles. Highly recommended.
Kate and Sarah Schultz are the most incredible patient thorough vets. The nurses are always so supportive helpful and even when busy have all the care and time for my dog and any animals I bring in. Love how clean and positive the vibe is here which has only got better even with staff and management changes.
