I cannot speak highly enough of Direct Vet Services. In a freak accident, my dog Diddy dislocated his hip. After being turned away by his regular vet as they would not accept him as an emergency patient, I felt completely helpless. After a call - and I was rather distressed at that stage - Direct Vet Services stepped in without hesitation and accepted him as a new patient. Took my dog in recently and had a really positive experience. The clinic was well organised and clean and everyone was super friendly. The vet was great with my dog and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed and felt comfortable asking questions throughout the appointment. Always nice finding a clinic that genuinely cares. Thanks again!
Billy can be quite nervous, but the team at DVS always make him feel comfortable and worked together to check him over and administer his vaccines.
We had a wonderful experience at our puppy's first visit. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and caring. The vet took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel comfortable. Our puppy was treated gently and with lots of care. Thank you for making the visit such a positive experience.
