Be cautious when dealing with this company. They shows up as an online retailer in ****** search results, but they only sell to commercial clients. Kind of annoying that they misrepresent themselves in this way.

Direct Supply refused to do business with us because we don't directly work with senior living. I explained we are an essential company making parts for the medical field and military and are in dire need of one item, even offered so forward a letter stating we are essential to the medical field. I then went on to explain its one order, one item that I couldn't find it any where else. They denied me again after I explained how us working for the medical field helps the senior living as well. I thought of recommending this company to my friends and family, especially now since you can’t find toilet tissue in the stores, but I’m glad I didn’t because their unprofessionalism at such a time is unfortunate. Still waiting to hear if you’re going to warranty the Four chairs.. we have purchased tens of thousands of dollars of stuff from you thinking you would back them up with your warranty?? .. obviously feel like I’m getting the run around .. it’s a little disappointing after spending so much money with Direct Supply...

One of the top companies in Milwaukee. I would say it is a close second to the Epic campus.
