I had been looking for a cargo van for my work for sometime. This dealership is the classic shady used car dealer. I bought a truck from them that looked to be in good condition, clean carfax, and the salesman indicated nothing was wrong with it. the day after I bought it, it rained and the rain water started coming into the cab of the truck from the driver and passenger side. There is no way they didn't know about this problem, especially with how much it rains in Florida. Unethical shady business practices, stay away to avoid the headaches and frustration.
Go here first. – I was looking for a very particular car (GTO) with a very particular options (Impulse Blue Metallic, 6-speed manual, Blue interior accents). There were exactly two in the entire state of Florida at the time I was ready to buy, and Gary Hughes had one of them. I spoke to him over the phone and was very impressed with his demeanor. Repeat Truck Buyer – I use my truck for my lawn business, so I not only need a great running truck, I need one that is presentable to my clients. Warranties Offered! – The biggest thing for me when buying a car is I WANT a warranty! I always assumed that you could only get a warranty from a new car dealership and I was WRONG. I saw an advertisement for a truck that looked amazing, so I gave Direct Sales a call. Better Than The Rest – THE best car experience I've ever had. From the moment I stepped on the lot, everyone was so kind and helpful. Very Satisfied with my Wrangler purchase – Gary Hughes was an excellent sales person. My inquiry was responded to promptly and I arranged a test drive for the following day. When I arrived the Jeep was expertly detailed and had just been washed. This particular jeep was in mint condition for being an '03. Nicest used cars I found – I bought a used SUV from Rafael at Direct Sales, and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was not 100% sure what I wanted, and they took the time to help me find what I was looking for. No pressure whatsoever.
