Front desk staff are professional, however be advised they require an x-ray whether you need one or not for new patients. As someone with intimate knowledge of the healthcare system having worked in many aspects of it, this is for the purpose of billing your insurance. There are some cases where it is needed as a prerequisite to an MRI, but certainly not every case.
