My husband went in to this place Took off work an hour early to be on time to an appointment that was scheduled at 3:45 the lady at the front couldn’t even comprehend or communicate in a respectful professional way. Called to see if they take care of ganglion cysts. They said yes. We came in and paid the $100 copay. All they did was tell me what i already knew (that it was a cyst) and then said they don't treat them. All they'd do is refer me to the doctor next door, but keep my money. It was completely dishonest. They couldn't actually perform the service they said they could - just took my $100 and sent me to the company next door. Dr. Michael Neilson is one the best orthopedic medical professionals I have ever had the benefit of working with. He was on time, listened well, and explained what was causing my foot pain and how we could correct it. Excellent help for my problem! He has such a caring and upbeat attitude, while remaining professional and with purpose to get the best results possible for healing and good health. I feel extremely blessed to have the opportunity to be seen by him and his staff. I would give 10 stars if possible!!
