I’m extremely disappointed with Direct Orthopedic Care. A year and a half after receiving treatment, I suddenly received a voicemail saying I was about to be sent to third-party collections. I had never received a single bill, letter, or phone call prior to this. No warning—just a voicemail threatening collections. EDIT TO REPLY TO THE OWNER'S REPLY: Since Google won't let me reply- I am not upset that you billed for a visit, I'm upset that NO ONE TOLD ME I was being charged $225 EVERY TIME. and no one told me at any point that I had a large balance. It was over the time span of four months so someone at some point should've been like hey, you have a $400+ balance. That would have alerted me that something was off.
