Scheduled an early Friday appointment during a bitter snowstorm so I left early and arrived early for my appointment. Only to receive a call when I was told to arrive to tell me the MRI machine was broken or they couldn’t get it started. Even made mention it could do with the weather, but I don’t see how that is possible as there was no power outage in the building. We’ve used the Nampa location for years and only had great service. We needed to use the Meridian location due to an issue with the X-ray machine. We walked in and it was dark, the receptionist never greeted us, stayed tucked behind the computer in a blanket. In return for our follow up (after school), we were told we missed our appointment by 5 minutes. Again the staff behind the desk were very unprofessional. This place is great, there is just NO OTHER PLACE you can go and be seen and have Xrays done as quickly as DOC. The doctors and front desk staff have always been nice and extremely helpful. You've got a lot of entitled people leaving bad reviews here for just the most embarrassing reasons. You missed your appointment? Sorry you'll have to reschedule OBVIOUSLY. You don't want to have to wait a whole hour? Move to Canada so you can wait 6 months instead. Yes it's $400 without insurance (as of beginninng of 2025) but would you ... read more
We checked in filled out paperwork I asked how long the wait was, I was told "not long there's only one person ahead of you" we sat there for AN HOUR. I went up to ask how much longer- and was told it would possibly be another 30-40 min and that they only had one room available and are only able to see one person at a time. There were people that came in after us being taken back before us. After waiting an addition 15 min. We left.
