Don't think I'll be going back, however the staff is really sweet
Went there for an exam with my 3 year old. The technician who checked my child's eyes kept on telling us that he didn't really know what he was doing. So finally after about 30 minutes he went to get another technician to help him. The second technician kept on telling us how she doesn't like children. We ended up getting a second opinion at a different place - come to find out the prescription they gave our child at Direct Optical was completely wrong. Not just a little off - like 400% off. The doctor and staff really work hard to make each customer feel at home.
I love this place! Always excited to visit the staff! They are friendly, courteous and patient as customers like me who have a hard time making a decision on what I would be wearing daily!! My appointment was at 9:45 and was called back at 9:50. Dr. Bernie even gave the red carpet treatment in making me feel comfortable, listened to me and my needs and concerns! I spent more time there deciding on my materials!! You deserve the Reader's Choice Award in my book!!!! Thank you!!!!
This place is awful. Rude staff and terrible doctors with horrible beside manner. They allowed my business to walk out the door without a second glance.
Was there for two hours for an eye exam. The ophthalmologist appeared to be under the influence. I think he almost nodded off during my exam. Will never go back!
