slow sitting over an hour after refraction and pictures. finally came in and excuse was new patient so plan for 2 hours plus for visit.

Excellent folks here supporting veterans in general and me in particular. Fixed my glasses quickly as a walk in. Patronize these folks.
The Dr was great, but the staff lady was VERY pushy with me while I was picking out my frames. I had to yell at her after I made several attempts to explain to her that my glasses were going to be extremely expensive and I wanted to make sure I look at all the options. Total cost out of pocket was $690.00. This was two years ago and I haven’t been back.

First time I was upset � an associate was waiting on me than left to help another customer so I left Ms Holly called me I went somewhere else they didn’t take my insurance so I came back and Mr Eli took very good care of me � love my new glasses �
I will never go to this place again. Yesterday, I said my glasses were uncomfortable, and asked if someone could adjust them. A man there made a snap decision, as to the problem. He did one thing then hurried off to help someone else without taking the time to really look at my glasses. I had intended to go someplace else as soon as I could, but tonight one of the lenses fell out. Pathetic. Worst customer service at an optical shop EVER
