Owner is an A$$hole that he doesn't pay his employees. He is always broke and acts like a big shot! Avoid going to this place!
The staff in Farmington Hills is the most unprofessional that I've seen . Really rude and in my opinion lacks common courtesy. Very unsatisfied with this business.I bought my old glasses 2 years ago there even though I was unsatisfied with the service. Came back again to give them another try for eye exam and new per of glasses and it seems the service has got even worse. I left after 5 minutes and decided Im not coming back again.
The location is right. The service is right. The styles are out of this world!
They are the best!!I I love my new glasses. The people are very nice and helpful...
