Asked Clay to measure 2 desks to replace. Was promised to replace with the same. When the new desk was installed, the desk part actually extended 15 inches deeper, which meant the return was 15 inches shorter. The functionality was non-existent as the desk chair had to be completely removed in order to access the return drawers. Clay said he could make longer returns, but we would have to pay, although it was not what we requested. We paid begrudgingly. Then, at installation, Clay took the old returns.
