Direct Metal just did my commercial office building. First - it was hard just to find a company that does commercial buildings. Second - Direct Metal did a great job and everything was communicated to me quite well. Also, we had an incident here as one of the roofers actually stepped through a rafter to our interior drop ceiling. When I called the next day, the office staff was aware of the problem and assured me it would be resolved. Someone showed up the following day and repaired the ceiling tiles. Great customer service. Great team in and out of the office. The roofing g team were polite, courteous, timely, and hardworking. I had no problems and it was a very smooth experience. Great prices as well. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof, or wants to upgrade.

Company seems to never be available M-F during the AM and of course not available on Saturday. Paid these guys for a roof in April and still not done. Not sure what is happening except the work has failed inspection twice.
We have had 3 different leaks within a month and they just now completed the roof. We had to have them replace the roof they put on originally from a few weeks ago because the job looked so bad. They are now having to come back out and fix another leak. Which is the 3rd leak. I hate leaving bad feedback and wasn't going to because I wanted to give them a chance. They replaced the roof like I said. But now there is this leak. Totally unacceptable. I'm not making this up, and I wish it was a better story. Sorry guys.

The job looks beautiful! Your crew took great care to be clean and organized and not step on any of my plants, which would have been easy to do.
