We have been using Direct Marine Fuel for about two years now. They are always there when we need them. Today, they even made a special trip to deliver to us on this snowy day! They are an excellent company and truly care about their customers!

I have a been using Direct Marine Fuel for 4 or so years now and have been very happy with their service but today, I realized my Oil tank was nearly empty and I feared we would run out today so I asked for a same-day delivery to fill the tank up. The Truck en route didn't have enough oil to service us today so they bent over backward to accommodate my family by sending a truck just for us to fill the tank! Now THAT's customer service!!!!! Thank you Direct Marine Fuel!!
I love this company. They are great at matching prices. Very respectful workers. Always Delivers on time. The Driver always makes sure my gates are closed n locked knowing I have pets :)
I did the electronic meter installs on a few of their units. Really great people working in a friendly environment. Can't wait to return.
The customer reps at Direct Fuel like to play games by phone. Giving you a price but then they don't stand behind that price. There are many cod fuel companies out there willing to reduce your price if you can find fuel at a lower price. Direct Fuel knows this but choices to play games with consumers and give all different prices out. Shame on you Direct Fuel.
