DMC mis shipped a large order to the east coast, confirmed twice from Fed Ex that the incorrect zip code was on the order. When FedEx notified them (when the shipment was still on the east coast and could have still been delivered) - they didn't reply. It would have been easy to solve the issue at that point. So, the shipment was returned all the way back to California. They lied and denied they did anything wrong, refused any refund, and held the material hostage and forced us to spend another $500+ to reship. To the "same"... read more
