I have been disappointed with my experience using Direct Liquidation. While the prices can seem attractive at first, I’ve encountered multiple issues that have made the process frustrating and costly. They are not a good outlet to buy anything. We bought a pallet of trash. Literally! $900 later and the small appliances had no cords, coffee grounds still in them, rusty items, etc. Please people do not buy from these scammers. Called to see if they would at least compensate a little back and the answer is NO! All of the items had to go in the trash.... If I could give a negative star I would.
They do not take care of there customers and item description isn't accurate as well as there website being down so I could not process the payment and they still charged me 10% restocking fee when there was nothing I could do to process the payment.
After reading all this bad reviews I don't feel like buying from this place so please leave info of any other places that also sells pallets as this place I just want a start into this business
omg...so I'm reading the reviews and I'm kind of scared. But I will be going there today to see what they have to offer. Wish me luck
