Michael is phenomenal! He was prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. He had a separate, independent HVAC and termite inspector working with him. He was very accommodating, which was great since I was coming from out of town and had a limited amount of time to get things in order. He took his time and went through everything. He took the time to walk us around the property to show his findings so that we could see first hand what he was talking about. I received a report the same day! Exceptional service!
Michael Koester/Direct Inspections did an outstanding job. Michael brought three individual experts for termites/pests, AC, and the pool. We received extensive reports which were a refreshing departure from the boiler plate forms that many other inspectors use. Michael and his crew were professional and prompt and gave clear explanations of their findings. Whenever I emailed Michael with a question, he called me almost immediately to address my inquiries. I recommend Mechael and Direct Inspections without reservation.
