Very responsive for the past 5 years they have managed 4 houses for us. very responsive to our questions, minimal vacancy time, all bookkeeping,statements, tax info,checks in a timely fashion. maintenance timely & cost effective. we do not hesitate recomending them as resdential property managers.

Highly recommend them Accurate bookkeeping, timely payment of owners' checks, no questionable expenses, easy to read year end statements, always accessible by phone, personally overseeing condition of the property and the ability to find excellent tenants are all the qualities that we have found since we have hired Dave and Nancy Eldridge. Thorough service There is no need to ever pick up the phone because every tiny detail of management is handled. Re-leasing, cleaning, repairs and maintenance, utility transfers, colleciton of rent, and disposition of security deposits are just some of the services that are provided.
