GOod at what they do Direct Homes and Management has managed my properties for many years. I have found them to be good at what they do. Especially in the area of collections from dilinquent renters and former renters. They also do a good job of handling essential property maintenance. They take the stress out of investing in rental property.
Stay Away! Please stay away from this couple team, they will do all that they can to get you to sign the lease, once you sign, they will avoid you all together. Trust me, they are not working for you...they have terrible attitudes, so very unprofessional, words cannot even describe the stress they have put me and my family under. Pleased with their services I have been a client with Dave and Nancy of DirectHomes for about 2 years. I am most pleased with the services that they provided. The headaches and nightmares of dealing with rental property have been lifted off my shoulders. The selection of good tenants to the collections of rents has been most professional. Thank you for years of excellent service Well after the sell the only cast were walking away with we gave to Uncle Sam in April as capital gains. We're glad we sold the house when we did, however because we would have to start putting money into it.
