Solid service. Prompt, and fairly priced. I own a few rental properties and am usually in a jam when I call. They always bails me out and makes my tenants happy.
Of course your garage door breaks during non-business hours - Sunday afternoon. But these guys were on call and came out within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in about 30 minutes. Didn't even charge me the service call because he was already in the area.
This was the second time we used this service over the past several years. The technician was great both times He came out quickly and got the job done. Our garage door is very old, but is now running smoothly after their fix.
The top part of my garage completely broke. My biggest issue was I had a custom garage door panel that was no longer available in the market. The service provider did figure out a way to replace the panel at a fraction of what it would have cost me if I went with other companies. I did check with 2 garage door service companies and this service truly saved me some money PLUS he kept me posted on when the parts would arrive and when he could install it. We have used this service several times now over the years and we have always been very happy with their service. They are very quick to respond and arrive at our home at the scheduled time. Everything was explained up front, the service was done very without hesitation and the service providers are very professional and courteous. I would recommend them highly.
