Knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and dedicated the customer. The heating unit at our home started acting up during the large snowfall, icy conditions, and extreme cold temperatures we had last week (January 2024). Ivan made it a priority to get out to our home, which was non-trivial given the road conditions, and get us back up and running. Excellent service, definitely recommend.
I have been using Direct Heating & Air for 10 years. Ivan has always responded quickly and his prices are very fair. He gives me ideas to save money by informing me of ways to make my heating & air more efficient. He is the most reliable, professional, and efficient service person I have ever had.
