Staff is very condescending towards older patients and their caregivers. Will not return. Purchasing elsewhere completely out of pocket.
This place is a life saver! My tube separated from the main piece, and Costco said get a new one because they don't carry mine anymore. Direct Hearing fixed it in less than an hour, and their price of $199 saved me way more than a thousand dollars to buy new ones, so I'm happy!!!! I'm glad I live close, but they also take orders by mail.
