this place sucks, they delivered my package to 59 instead of 50 on my street. Called up, had to give my email out 5 times to get the delivery picture and the mailbox of the WRONG address was front and center. Oh yeah and the package was damaged so theres sodastream concentrate everywhere now.
Edit: contacted one of their directors, ever since then service has been fantastic. Thank you. This company does not provide a good service. Delivering to the wrong location, delivering large deliveries to our front door not the dock, leaving without authority and just plain rude drivers. Ill be pushing our manufactures not to send via Direct Freight Express. I suggest we all do this to help these guys improve their service. I dont wish bad on this company, but youre messing with our success. Pull your socks up.
I'm amazed this company is still in business. In the last month I have received two expensive deliveries that the driver just dropped at the apartment building door without calling or dialling the intercom. Then when they were required to come pick a misdelivery up: they didn't dial the first time (apparently their telepathic waves didn't make it upstairs that they'd arrived); the second time they dialled and when I missed it they left (bonus points that they marked the items as collected); and the third time there was a "sy... read more
Absolutely the worst service. We called on 26th May around 4pm as it said the parcel was meant to be delivered on 26th and when called they said it missed the truck in the morning and will be delivered 27th May, the next day, we said okay that’s fine but it needs to be delivered the next day as they were the tyres for our car that had flat tyres, we couldn’t drive as we had already used our spare tyre.
