The supplier, as instructed, made a note for the delivery to call me on my mobile beforehand so that i can be home to receive the delivery. I receive no call and although I DID NOT give authority to leave, the expensive, large and heavy delivery was left just inside the footpath. The doorbell was not rung and no call. I only found out when i came out to go to work. The item was too heavy for me to move so wasted an hour and a half to open the box and put everything piece by piece in the garage. Absolutely awful service!!! I sat on hold for customer service for over 20 minutes. I tried another route only to get savaged by Lynette in Accounts Receivable who was incredibly rude, spoke over the top of me and refused to let me finish a single sentence. Mind you I only used 3. When i said that I would make a complaint she said "go for it".
Don't ever use this service. Their service says "get you delivery to the right place at the right time". They managed to send my pack to the wrong state...........customer service was.an absolutely joke! No resolution yet. Package was worth $500....
Terrible and no contact email. I lost a 300 AUD shipment package
Our parcel was Melbourne to Canberra. It made it to Canberra, then kept going to Sydney. The company told me they have messed it up and will take longer to reroute the mistake.
