Wonderful staff. Great communication. Is the ETA accurate... no, but that has been my experience with everyone. Got my parcel within 2 days after ordering. Very impressed with the efficiency.

I came into the office with my child to enquire about an order for my daycare which was delayed. Called me an old hag and my child an 'ugly little b*stard' before kicking us out.

quite poor - taking a delivery from sydney to canberra more than 2 days, recieving address is literally in the same suburb as the depot. 3 minutes away confirmed by the driver. Would not recommend - trash company, zero integrity

Driver didn't bother getting out of the truck to knock or ring the doorbell. I received a notification the parcel was not delivered. Called the support, they were awfully of defensive of there driver and wouldn't accept what the driver did. Best they could offer was a re-delivery another day as they "couldn't get a hold of the driver". Abysmal that this is a common theme with them and the company clearly couldn't care less.

Blocked my driveway and car in with a large truck instead of the house they were delivering to. Plenty of room to park in front of the correct house. I couldn't leave for work on time and had to wait ten minutes until they left. I was late as a result.
