5+ days to overnight express post Melbourne to Canberra, order came one at a time with many deliveries and not simple process. customer service didnt care to help. "When its urgent" is their motto but have no idea what "urgent" means
Quite frankly, my delivery experience was horrible. I live on a second floor apartment with my young baby. I met the driver downstairs to accept my new nursery chair and asked if it would be possible for him to bring it upstairs for me. He laughed in my face about this question and honestly, it was very diminishing. I can understand if they're not allowed to for whatever reason but laughing in someone's face over a simple question is absolutely disgusting. Left package at bottom of driveway when we were clearly home and delivery clearly state leave at front door, as a pregnant person put me through a lot of problems getting it to the front door they easily could have achieved with their equipment!! Appalling service
