Horrible experience. I was communicating with leasing agent, Ana, who directed me to spend money on a background check and application fee. The following morning she congratulated me on my application and background check being approved. After I responded back immediately regarding putting down the security deposit, she did not respond for multiple hours. They did end up apologizing and prorating rent like my mom already asked to do originally. They really need to organize and work on communication. Only rent here if you’re extremely forgiving and patient. Update: finally got out of this place. I moved into my new place. The 1 May Direct Express would not prorate my rent there so I went ahead and paid maze rent as my lease was up May 31. Fast-forward to today I went over to my property, I was going to do a final cleanup. I was going to get my blink camera off my door and my broom, and some cleaning towels and I did not have access to my apartment. They had changed the lock and there was a lock box on there that I had the code too, but they changed that so I couldn’t even get i... read more
Great team! While I ultimately decided to go in a different direction, I genuinely appreciate the help that I received from Brandi and Hannah. They were personable, patient, and answered countless questions. I hope that I can use them in the near future.
