Thank you to lovely nurses and anaesthesiologist who made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
Fantastic, staff were lovely, Dr was amazing and THE COST WAS UNBEATABLE !!!! The first place I called wanted $1600 + $300 doctors fee and couldn't get me an appointment for 3 weeks , Direct endoscopy was $500 total and appointment was in 1 week .

I had a colonoscopy yesterday afternoon. I was so impressed by the staff - every one of them. I only had to wait about 30 mins before the doctor saw me. Reception made a call without me requesting to Medibank to find I was 100% covered as excess was only for overnight hospital stays. Fabulous! The doctor was kind and explained it all, the anaesthetist was so sweet. Nurses were all lovely. Wow. My 4th visit here today (12/12/24) and while I can’t say the procedure is a pleasure these kind and caring folk make the procedure as pleasant with as much dignity as possible. The anaesthetist is a real gentleman in the old fashioned sense of the word and the after care nurses are enquiring and caring.
