While the amazing doctor, anaesthetist, theatre nurses, and other nurses deserve a 6/5, what could have been an exceptional experience was let down by not one, but three mistakes/oversights by what I can only say is a highly incompetent receptionist. When I arrived she looked me directly in the eye and then proceeded to totally ignore me for five minutes, eventually saying she hadn’t noticed me there.. strike one. needs to invest in better parking. should not have to park down the street just to go here, very unsafe
Absolutely the best caring and professional staff I’ve ever came across, this facility is at extreme top end in it’s field.
Very long waits on the phone each time to try and get an appointment. Long wait once I arrived for procedure. Admin staff not friendly. Nurse Julie was lovely and understanding. All the rest of the staff were terrific. Parking can be a bit difficult there as well.
