Absolutely the best caring and professional staff I’ve ever came across, this facility is at extreme top end in it’s field.
Very long waits on the phone each time to try and get an appointment. Long wait once I arrived for procedure. Admin staff not friendly. Nurse Julie was lovely and understanding. All the rest of the staff were terrific. Parking can be a bit difficult there as well.
Every single staff member was absolutely lovely to deal with, and just so caring. Thank you. What a great team.
Had my first colonoscopy, was nervous obviously but staff were wonderful and it was all over before I knew it. PS for a Banksia lover there is a beautiful Banksia at the house next door. Over all warm friendly environment with amazing staff.
