This place is so unprofessional. The management talks about the staff to the patient family. Not to many nurses are capable of dealing with their patients because they are to busy talking on the phone or sleep. My mom managed to get out side by herself with a nurse and health aide and couldn’t get her back in the house. Very poor performance and disrespectful Personal Aides and they are impolite manner to disability patients… Don’t chose this home health service please and I don’t want disabled people suffering….. don’t want they take advantage of disabled people who need help…
I believe they commit Insurance Fraud! I had to report them to my insurance company, because I didn't recieve any services from them that my insurance was to cover. All I ever received from this company was the binder. I called and left voicemails and never got a call back! Yup, something fishy is up....so I called my insurance company
