I am absolutely in shock with this practice. I missed ONE text message from the main therapist while we have had a massive amount of personal family matters to attend to, ONE. And I received a letter in the mail today stating that they have canceled therapy care for my very much in need 7yo for "refusal of service". What service did I refuse, and how did I refuse??
